I feature a unique art style made from gourds, longleaf pine needles, antlers, feathers, and other natural items. In addition to custom gourds, I also make beautiful, handmade pine needle baskets, many of which are combined with gourds. My husband, Mark, who had retired from wood working, is hand-turning beautiful wood and resin items, many showcasing beautiful burls. I grow my own gourds, personally dye longleaf pine needles for embellishment, and thrive on new designs. I specialize in southwestern and western style designs, using feathers, pine needles, and antlers (when available). I use several different techniques, including pyrography, pine needle coiling, various paints and alcohol ink. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
